Where do I find Handpresso machines?
In specialized supermarkets, in designer cutlery and kitchenware shops, in department stores and in our online shop, of course.

Do portable Handpresso machines make a good quality coffee?
Thanks to the Handpresso patents, our machines prepare an outstanding espresso with a fine, frothy and smooth crema.

Is there a pump in the Handpresso machines?
Without a pump, our machines would not be able to brew a genuine espresso. Therefore, they all have a 16 bar pump.

What type of coffee can I use on Handpresso machines?
Handpresso machines only work with E.S.E. pods.

Can I switch to another E.S.E. pod brand?
A hundred coffee roasting brands use the E.S.E. standard. With E.S.E. pods, you can freely choose your coffee brand! You can also change the coffee taste in each cup if you choose individually-wrapped pods.

How do I recognize E.S.E. pods?
- They have the E.S.E. logo.
- They are often called “espresso” pods, or E.S.E. compatible pods.
- Never use soft pods (like the Senseo pods).
- Do not mix up E.S.E.pods with Malongo pods (of the same shape, yet incompatible because they are smaller).
Ask your retailer for advice…

Why are Handpresso machines so small?
Unlike others, the Handpresso machines are so compact that you can bring them wherever you go and discover a new habit: the Nomadic Espresso.

Do I need to warm water for each cup?
You can boil your water once, in a kettle, and then prepare several espressos without having to boil it again. You can also use the thermo insulated Handpresso bottle, which will keep the water hot for many hours.
